Temporary full time from 3/15/2025 - 10/15/2025 Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties related in support of agricultural activities related to a combination of dry land small grains, irrigated hay, and cattle. Swathing, baling, irrigating, summer fallow, spraying, seeding, fence maintenance, irrigation, moving cows with ATV?s, branding, assist with calving, doctoring, combining, driving grain cart or grain truck, machinery maintenance as needed, picking rock, mowing. The job entails working around farm machinery, a variety of farm animals as well as exposure to predators and snakes. Most duties are performed out of doors, and entail exposure to extreme heat, cold, dust, rain and other environmental conditions. Worker must be able to crouch, bend, lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Additional hours and split shifts may be needed during calving and harvesting. Driving is required. Employer provided items (at no cost to the worker): All tools and equipment necessary to perform the duties assigned as well as transportation between worker(s) on-site housing and the work site. A cell phone or two-way radio will be provided for emergency and ranch communications at no cost to the worker (excluding long distance charges). 3 months experience required.
