Start Date: May - June, 2022 Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (ideally full season or early/late season) Schedule Varies: 32 to 45 hours per week. Responsibilities A day in the life of the Lead Retail Associate Assist the store management team with store operations. Interacting with customers to problem solve issues. Process payments in POS system and cash handling procedures. Price and stock shelves with merchandise. Keep the sales floor clean and organized. Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Essential Skills and Knowledge: Our Retail Lead Associates will be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and detail oriented. We are seeking a candidate that has experience in a lead position in retail, coffee bar, or fast food environment. This position requires having effective verbal communication & math skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood. Some locations require frequent trips up & down stairs. Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time. Working safely with required chemicals.
