BLISS FARMS PARTNERSHIP Ag Equipment Operator in CONRAD, Montana
Temporary full time position from 2/15/2024 to 11/15/2024. Operating large farm equipment and machinery for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, and planting grain from February to May; operating spray rigs for spraying herbicides and pesticides in June and July; harvesting and transporting grain from August to November; driving pickup to obtain parts and supplies throughout term of employment; repairs and maintenance of equipment throughout term of employment; working on buildings and fences throughout term of employment; incidental crop-related labor throughout term of employment. One month experience is required for all the job duties listed. Must have driver's license or obtain one within 30 days following hire. Instruction and general supervision will be provided by the employer, but the worker needs to perform required duties without close supervision and listen to and understand and follow simple instructions. Most duties are outdoors and will entail environmental factors common in Montana fields.
