North 40 Outfitters in Craig, MT, Trout Shop is looking to hire a Full-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Shuttle Driver at the Trout Shop, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by accommodating guests with their transportation and safety needs between site's. This can include transporting of guests as well as company and guest vehicles and equipment.
This position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sun 7 am to 7 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
Transport vehicles to launch and takeout sites and ensure guests are properly cared for including, but not limited to, arriving on time, preparing Trout Shop rental boats for trips such as loading, unloading, strapping, winching, and covering
Help guests with gear and backing up trailers
Retrieve items from vehicles, as request by guests
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues in timely manner
Document all trips prior to the start and at the conclusion of each
Report maintenance deficiencies, items in need of repair, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to supervisor/manager
Use correct loading, carrying, and handling techniques having area awareness and caution
Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
