NORTHERN PINES REHABILITATION & NURSING, LLC Cook in CUT BANK, Montana
Northern Pines Rehab & Nursing - Cut Bank, MT is looking for two (2) Cooks.
Shifts: 1:30 pm - 8:00 PM &/or 6:00 am - 1:30 pm
Duties
Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety
Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or number of proportions to be served.
Rotate and store food supplies
Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
Apportion and serve food to facility residents, employees, or patrons.
Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.
Clean, Cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry.
Direct activities of one or more workers who assista in preparing and serving meals.
Bake breads, rolls, or other pastries.
Monitor menus and spending to ensure that meals are prepared economically.

Hours: Full - Time
Wage: Depends on experience
