Description of Position:The purpose of this position is to provide targeted case management services to youth and families with social, emotional, and behavioral problems. The four core areas of targeted case management are assessment, development of service plans, referring activities, and monitoring of services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field, human services, social work, psychology, or related field of study is required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
At least 21 years of age
Pass criminal background and child abuse registry check as required by the state of Montana
Have the ability to relate and build rapport with youth therapeutically while serving as a positive role model
Have the ability to work in cooperation and collaboration with the treatment team
Have the ability to maintain professional therapeutic boundaries and confidentiality with youth and families
Have the ability to display regular, predictable, and reliable attendance at work.
Have the ability to work independently.
Hiring Range Salary$14.99 - $16.79 per hour, depending on experience and education

About the OrganizationYellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch was founded in 1956 and welcomed the first boy to the ranch in 1957. Today Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, a nonprofit organization, is trusted locally and nationally as a leader in the field of mental health care for children and their families.
Our Residential Treatment is located on a 410 acre, working farm and ranch located in Billings, MT. We offer a continuum of mental health services that include case management, youth mentoring, home/school-based programs and foster care in addition to residential treatment. We specialize in treating troubled youth who struggle with social, emotional, and behavioral disorders. We also have four Community Based Services locations in Livingston, Lewistown, Dillon, and Billings. With all of our locations we impact about 650 kids each day. And throughout our history, YBGR has impacted close to 10,000 youth and their families.
