What will you do in this job?
Actively participate in a range of HR functions including recruiting, on-boarding. & orientation, staff engagement, training, coach/counsel, ATS & HRMS, etc
Be the face our People & Culture team and represent our mission and values to our seasonal staff
Work closely and support hotel & GPC leaders
Represent the P&C team at weekly property leadership meetings and provide updates, support and training
Support the needs of a diverse staff, including international team members
Develop and execute engagement opportunities for all staff members including activities, outings, etc
Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details
Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Actively enrolled in an accredited human resources, organizational development, or similar program preferred
Previous human resources or similar experience preferred
Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Be organized with a great eye for detail
Be kind to others and always bring your best
Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls

You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
