NORTHWESTERN ENERGY Hydro Aide in FISHTAIL, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
- Pass physical test to access all areas of the hydro plants, including climbing ladders, access into confined and cramped wet slippery quarters and traversing rough terrain
- Ability to lift and manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass an employment physical, a drug test and a background check
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Operate mobile equipment including various types of mowers, and grass trimming equipment, etc.
- General plant clean-up and organization
- Clean and paint equipment and buildings
- Use of hand tools
- Weed management and removal
- Operate and repair sprinklers
- Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
- Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
Temporary position, working May - September.
$20.55 per hour ($21.22 effective 5/1/2025).
