Experience and Knowledge of early childhood development and milestones with the aptitude to implement programs for children based on appropriate practices *Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills to coordinate center functions *Capacity to complete payroll, utilize software for billing and managing a budget Employer has a position for Director. *Good knowledge and Implementation of a Montana childcare guidelines and State licensing requirements *Must be willing to be certified as a director of childcare center and qualify for the stars program per the Montana department of public health and human services. *Implement and supervise classroom activities and lessons * supervise all staff members *Mentor staff, developing improvement plans *Provide backup for all staff positions when subs are not available *Monitor DPPH required paperwork and training for all staff *Coordinate all health immunization reviews, and health and fire inspections * Ensure program is effective and funds are managed and reported to board prudently *Track accounts receivable for prompt payments from parents * Respond to a Board of Directors Wage is $42, 000.00 to $46,000.00 per year DOE. Hours are Full-time.
