VIAD WAREHOUSE INVENTORY ASSOCIATE in Glacier National Park, Montana
The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for the receipt, verification, and logistics of all GPC Central Warehouse items. Ensures the safekeeping, protection and proper storage of all Warehouse goods and merchandise. Will make occasional deliveries to all GPC properties and must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
Arrives to work on time and in proper uniform.
Receives instructions from Manager upon arrival.
Executes the proper receiving, storage and rotation of product.
Meets trucks and assists with unloading of merchandise.
Executes the pulling and packing of orders in an accurate manner.
Loads the orders by hand directly onto the trucks or onto pallets.
May use hand trucks or pallet jack to load trucks.
May be required to operate box truck, or vehicle to run deliveries as required.
When delivering items to property; ensure the care and accuracy of all orders delivered.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Assists with inventories.
Counts, verifies and maintains all goods required for inventory confirmation.
Performs maintenance and cleaning of Central Warehouse and grounds in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
Assists in the GPC recycling program by ensuring recycled products are properly separated and staged for drop at the recycling center.
Adheres to all Company policies and regulations.
Assists in other departments or with other job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must have ability to multi-task and follow directions.
Must have ability to work efficiently and stay on task with limited supervision.
Must possess knowledge of basic warehouse equipment, i.e., pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, trucks and shipping & receiving procedures.
Must have a basic understanding of product inventory and distribution.
Must use tact and discretion due to exposure to confidential matters.
Must be courteous and friendly in dealing with vendors and co-workers.
Will assist with other duties as required.
Must communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a solid attention to detail.
Must bring a keen eye for detail, organization, safety and cleanliness to improve GPC operations.
Must bring a positive, helpful, team-oriented, “we can do this together” attitude to all aspects of the job that inspires others.
Must exhibit a real curiosity about the business for GPC and for Pursuit overall.
Must ask good questions and drill down into details to improve the business.

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Montana and must be eligible to work in the United States.
Warehouse environment in a National Park setting.
Job requires ability to lift heavy objects, safely (up to 75 lbs).
Must be able to work in varying conditions, indoors & outdoors, including varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Position requires frequent loading & unloading of trucks, handling of merchandise in excess of 50lbs., lifting, bending, twisting, use of stairs.
Steel-toed shoes recommended.
