Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital Glasgow Clinic Nurse Manager in Glasgow, Montana
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of approved nursing program and hold a current State of Montana RN licensure and current BLS Certification. One-two years management experience preferred. On-the-job training provided.DUTIES: Qualified applicant will provide management for day-to-day operations of clinical staff consistent with the overall organizational goals, policies, and procedures of FMDH. This includes overseeing clinical nursing staff schedule process, conducting annual performance evaluations and monthly rounding meetings with nursing staff and acting as resource expert regarding clinic services. In addition, applicant will help with continued growth and development within the clinic setting and will contribute to the preparation of department budgets and annual goals of the Glasgow Primary Care Clinic.Full benefits package offered includes medical insurance with an option of free employee only health, dental and vision insurance. 401K with employer match after 6-months of employment.
