Join Our Team! Big Sky Butcher is searching for a dedicated butcher to join our growing team. Looking for someone that is ready for a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn and grow. Willing to train.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Animal processing
Carcass breakdown into primary and secondary cuts
Cutting
Grinding
Preparing orders per customer needs
Inventory Management
HACCP program compliance
Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of animal anatomy
Knowledge of safe animal handling practices
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
HACCP training or knowledge is preferred but not required
