ACTION FOR EASTERN MT Chief Executive Officer in GLENDIVE, Montana
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or Human Services and minimum of four years of validated work experience in management, supervision and/or human services, or, equivalent combination of education and experience
- Budget and organizational skills
- Experience in community relations, public affairs and public information
- Knowledge of the mission and goals of Community Action Agencies
- Grant-writing experience preferred
GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for overall management and operation of the organization
- Financial and personnel management
- Implementation of Board directives and policies
- Creation and ongoing development of a team-based learning organization
- Leadership role in creating and maintaining a high-performance organization
- Work toward achieving the organization's goals and objectives through the development of new strategies and resources
- Exercise discretionary authority and serve at the will of the Governing Board
Full-time position.
$82,900 annually and up, depending on experience. Benefits include: health Insurance, accrued Annual & Sick Leave, 14 vacation days, 401K after one year and more.
