PENNY'S DINER Cooks in GLENDIVE, Montana

Requirements: Previous commercial cooking experience. Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation. Knowledge on operation of all kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc). Basic mathematical skills. Will be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all food items prepared in the kitchen. Will also be responsible for the sanitation, orderliness and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and exterior of the restaurant. Restaurant is open 24/7. Part time or full time positions. Will work varied days and shifts, including graveyards. Pay will be based on experience.
