Glendive Medical Center Greeter in Glendive, Montana
The Greeter will welcome and assist patients, their families, and visitors entering the Glendive Medical Center. This position will answer questions, provide approved information, and direct people to the location they need, thereby creating a caring and efficient atmosphere.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcomes patients, guests, and visitors by smiling and greeting them as they arrive.
Directs patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department for testing or registration process.
Assists vendors with signing in and contacting appropriate department upon their arrival.
Answer phones and transfer accordingly.
Coordinate flower and gift deliveries to all patients.
Contacting transport as needed to escort patients and visitors to and from the building.
Maintain a clean environment by wiping down surfaces frequently used or touched by guests.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Education and Experience:
High school diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
