ACTION FOR EASTERN MT LIHEAP Eligibility Technician in GLENDIVE, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience or education in Human Services or related field
- Proven ability to keep accurate records
- Customer service oriented
- One year experience or education in office environment with computer experience in word processing and Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to pass background check
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain complete and detailed client files Accurately determine eligibility of Fuel Assistance applicants Process applications Input into computer data system Conduct outreach throughout 17-county service area
Seasonal position, working 30 - 35 hours per week. Benefits include: Paid Health Insurance, sick and vacation leave, 401K after one year, employee paid vision and dental coverage
$18.07 per hour and up, depending on experience.
