Glendive Medical Center Long Term Care - Hospitality Aide in Glendive, Montana

Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individuals to start their healthcare career with our organization as a Hospitality Aide (Non-certified Aide) at Extended Care (EC). This is an entry-level position in a program that is designed to give a hands-on approach to working in the Long-Term Care setting. There are opportunities to work full time as well as part time. Hospitality Aide performs tasks that directly support CNAs in their care delivery. Responsibilities include making beds, tidying rooms, delivering linens and other supplies, preparing dining areas and bringing residents to and from meals and activities. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy. This position requires teamwork and the ability to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.

Hospitality Aides have the option to be enrolled in the next C.N.A. class if they would like to proceed with becoming certified. GMC pays for your C.N.A. certification ($1500 value) and you get paid to take the class.

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required

  • Basic computer skills required
