Qualifications:
- Some manufacturing experience is required.
- Ammunition experience desired.
- Ability to perform machine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Proficient in the use of quality measurement equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking.
- Strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Run automated ammo load operations at the designated production rate.
- Confidently and accurately use quality measurement equipment to maintain product standards.
- Utilize the company's provided ERP system for production tracking and reporting.
- Strictly adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, ensuring a secure workplace.
- Maintain compliance with ISO requirements and standards.
- Follow internal product traceability procedures to guarantee quality control.
- Adhere to and manage company attendance policies.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while contributing as a team player.
Wage depends on qualifications. Work schedule to be determined, positions are full-time.
