AMERICAN FORD Service Writer in GLENDIVE, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Exceptional customer service skills Experience in automotive industry preferred Experience in retail sales preferred Employer will train the right person DUTIES INCLUDE: Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests Help ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order Consult customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs Review root cause and corrective repair action with the customer during vehicle delivery Distribute work to technicians, and monitor and update customers Accurately maintain all repair records, comply with safety and environmental programs and practices Full-time position.
