AMERICAN FORD Service Writer in GLENDIVE, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Some experience in automotive industry preferred
- Employer will train the right person
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests
- Help ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order
- Consult customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs
- Reviews root cause and corrective repair action with the customer during vehicle delivery
- Assist the Service Manager by distributing work to technicians, accurately maintaining all repair records, monitoring labor inventory, and complying with safety and environmental programs and practices
Full-time position.
