Job Description

Serves as Administrative Assistant for the HR Department, support for the HR Director and the main front desk reception. Provides support help to employees, maintains and updates personnel records and manages file retention. Other various duties include administrative functions, customer service, quality and compliance, safety, wellness, and retention programs. Special projects will be assigned accordingly as routine workload fluctuates.

Required Skills

  • Understands basic HR functions including recruitment and benefits.

  • Stores all confidential HR files appropriately; ensures all files are up-to-date.

  • Processes all employment verifications.

  • Ability to learn and successfully complete duties such as monthly tracking of company vehicle maintenance, mileage and expenses and collecting and tracking Service Line Information data.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
