This position is located in Great Falls, Montana and is 100% in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the tax practice administratively and support the office administratively

  • All tax processing functions required for individual, business, non-profit tax clients

  • Develop a specialized knowledge and software proficiency in the tax group and a general knowledge of the firm’s products and services

  • Communicate proactively with associates and clients, prioritize deadlines as necessary

  • Assist in the assembly of reports, tax returns, and engagement letters

  • Manage downloads from client portal, filing, follow-up proactively as necessary

  • Support front desk and office phones, schedule conference rooms and handle hospitality arrangements

  • Complete other office administrative duties as necessary, including but not limited to: handling mail, managing petty cash, greeting clients

  • Coordinate workflow with other administrative associates, ensuring an efficient flow

    Qualifications:

  • An Associate Degree in Administrative Support is preferred

  • I ntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and a basic knowledge of Excel is preferred

  • Experience in an administrative support position is required

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while working under time deadlines

  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously and learn new systems efficiently

  • Ability to be flexible with schedule to meet workflow demands
