Sletten Companies API Visual Inspector in Great Falls, Montana
Position Summary:
SCC Inspection is currently recruiting for a Visual Inspector with API 510, 570 and/or 653 to support our operations in Great Falls, MT. Relocation assistance offered to eligible candidates!
Responsibilities:
Fully comply with all SCC and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives.
At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic refinery assets in accordance with API Standards.
Prepare and submit accurate reports documenting asset conditions.
Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client.
Provide technical input to client as necessary.
Provide technical guidance, on application of non-destructive examination techniques and procedures.
Requirements:
Certification of American Petroleum Institute Standards 510, 570 and/or 653
5 years’ experience or 2+ years refinery experience
In-depth working knowledge of API and ASME standards
