Business Operations Coordinator
ESGW Adult and Community Services provides support to adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities (IDD) and other significant barriers. Responsible for coordinating the business operations of programs through engaged support of the leadership team. This position requires a strong knowledge of Administrative Rules of Montana (ARMs) and the ability to understand and apply Federal/State laws while ensuring compliance requirements of the program are met and staff are trained. Superior organization, leadership, and computer skills is required. Works with supervisor to ensure systems are in place so business operations run smooth and align with ESGW and funding sources requirements. Duties require independent judgment and minimal supervision including oversight of day-to-day business operations, data management, and reporting. Ensures programs are audit ready at all times. Responsible for facilitating the creation, maintaining and training of policies and procedures for operations with the support of the leadership team. Oversight to ensure deadlines are met for contracts, leases, audits (including DOT and MDT), safety inspections, meetings, trainings, board reports and certifications. Communicates concerns or issues with direct supervisor.
Team members are expected to exemplify ethical practice, high standards, and creative vision.
Exceptional computer and other technology skills required to be demonstrated prior to employment and be willing to learn new software programs.
Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
Ability to plan and develop training material.
Must be well groomed and pleasant with the public.
Must be able to work in a variety of environments including outdoors.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
Applicant must pass a background check and Office of Inspector General (OIG) check.
0-2 years In Office Coordination, Business Administration or related field degree may not be required if candidate can demonstrate experience and proficiencies in required areas.
Experience working with people with disabilities required or in vocational or employment services.
