1st Liberty FCU Compliance Assistant in Great Falls, Montana
We are looking for a Compliance Assistant for our RH Scott office located just outside of the Malmstrom Air Force Base. 1st Liberty in a full service financial institution that offers a wide range of financial services; matching our members’ needs with our products and services. Come and join our 1st Liberty FCU family! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: support the credit union’s Compliance/Audit Director (C.A.D) and compliance programs. Perform reviews of credit union processes, policies, procedures, advertisements, brochures etc. to include reports to the C.A.D relative to new compliance while assisting in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union. Basic knowledge of compliance regulations, laws, BSA, TIS and OFAC, preferred. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Compliance/Audit Director. Benefits include: Sick/Vacation Pay, Health/Life/LTD insurance, HSA, 401k plan, Education Opportunities and more.Requirements: •Must have a High school diploma or GED•Prefer an individual with a Associates Degree in a Business or Accounting related field or have 2-5 years equivalent working experience in a related field. •Prefer an individual with basic knowledge of financial regulations and laws.•Must be self-driven and professional.•Must be detailed orientated, analytical and like research.•Must have exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.•Must have the ability to interpret regulations and laws and disseminate information.•Must have critical thinking, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills.•Must be a team player and be able to maintain confidentiality•Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks and duties as required within the deadlines. •Must be proficient with a variety of automated and standard office equipment and Microsoft Office programs, such as, 10 Key Calculator, copier, word, excel and PowerPoint. •Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
