They will possess many of the following skills and qualifications:?High School Diploma or GED, and 3+ years of experience in Construction and/or project management ?A comprehensive understanding and experience in all phases of construction?Ability to learn quickly and use various data programs ?Possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team?Ability to meet deadlines and achieve business development goals in collaboration with a small team environmentWe are passionate about our community, and we are looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to help our neighbors reach their dream of homeownership.
