Quality Life Concepts Day Program Manager in Great Falls, Montana
Quality Life Concepts has a Full-Time opening for a Day Program Manager in our Special Services program. This is a non-exempt hourly position. This position manages specific assigned area to promote excellence in supports for adults with developmental disabilities within the Day Service Program with its primary objective of promoting excellence in supports for developmentally disabled adults in day program services by performing duties personally or through directives for subordinates.Wage starts at $16.15 per hour. BA/BS in a related field plus one year experience or High School Diploma/GED plus1.5 years’ experience in services for the developmentally disabled is preferred.2. One-year supervisory experience preferred.3. Knowledge of community resources.4. Valid Montana Driver's License and insurable driving record.5. Ability to accommodate flexible working hours on a regular basis which may include more than the traditional scheduled work week.6. Must pursue, obtain and maintain all required training and certifications.7. Must have experience in writing and running client training programs, the ability to assess persons served, and develop Personal Support Plans.8. Must be medication certified and maintain medication certification.9. Must be able to use a computer.UNIQUE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:1.
