MARRA SEXE & EVENSON PC File Clerk Part-time in GREAT FALLS, Montana
The law firm of Marra, Evenson & Levine PC is seeking a part-time File Clerk, 4 to 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Job responsibilities include: ? File records in alphabetical order/date order; ? Court run and some post office trips; ? Back-up receptionist; ? Assist with phones; ? Indexing pleadings; ? Fax and photocopy files; ? Manage closed file lists and records; ? Purge old files annually; ? Process and scan closed probate files to be entered into computer in digital database; ? Use scanners to convert documents into electronic format; ? Maintain plants and run dishwasher weekly. Qualifications include proficiency in Wordperfect, Outlook, Excel, ability to alphabetize, prioritize, minimum high school diploma. Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation. Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
