Location: Great Falls, Montana Day & evening positions available 6:00am-4:30pm M-Th & 4:30pm-3:00am M-Th Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour plus $1.00 differential for evening positionOverview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking an Industrial Coating Paint Foreman for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. We are looking for candidates with relevant industrial coating and production experience within the steel fabrication and construction industry.Why ADF?•Competitive salary ranging from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour•Additional $1.00/hour night shift differential•Eligible for attendance incentives•401(k) matching up to 5%•100% Employer Paid Insurance Premium Options for medical and dental•Employer Paid Protective Equipment•Eight (8) paid holidays•Paid Time Off•Relocation assistanceResponsibilities:•Report to the Production Manager.•Coordinate and participate in production meetings.•Manage material receipt procedures, ensuring proper storage and verification of supplies.•Prepare coating declarations for each production lot.•Supervise and ensure compliance with work instructions, security rules, and quality standards during coating processes.•Lead the production team to meet schedules, oversee safety, and promote best coating practices.•Communicate and apply the Quality System throughout production.This position requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.Requirements:•5 years of supervision and planning experience with comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.•Knowledge of industry standards, including NACE, SSPC, and QP3.•Industry certification for NACE preferred.•Experience as an Industrial Coating Foreman: 3 years (required)•Willingness and ability to relocate to Great Falls, MT.Why Join Us:•Work with a supportive and dynamic team•Contribute to exciting and diverse projects•Enjoy a positive work culture
