KLINEFELTERS INSULATION Insulation Crew Leader in GREAT FALLS, Montana
We are looking for that person who is career oriented. Install all types of insulation: blown in insulation, fiberglass batts, spray foam insulation, etc. We insulate private homes, barns, commercial buildings, industrial shops and new builds as well. Our Crew Leaders are responsible for knowing the details for the job they are going to each day and the materials needed for that job. The Crew Leader will oversee his crew to ensure the job is being done correctly and efficiently. This may require some overnight travel. Travel time, lodging and per diem is paid. This position will pay according to experience (must be verifiable), work ethic and quality of work, starting at $16.00 per hour for the right person. Reliability and good work will be rewarded with merit raises. Wages Negotiable Full time, M-F, Regular hours are 8am-4pm, Summer hours are 7am-3pm Benefits: We offer paid holidays, vacation and 401k and employer-paid AFLAC Accident policy upon completion of a 90 day probationary period.
