QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license; able to pass a back ground check; pass random drug testing; manual Dexterity DUTIES: Distribute insulating materials evenly into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blowers and hose attachments; fill blower hoppers with insulating materials; prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces; clean up of work area; other duties as assigned. This may require some overnight travel. Travel time, lodging and per diem is paid. There is a 90 day probationary period. Wages/Raises advance with knowledge and performance. Full time, M-F, Regular hours are 8am-4pm, Summer hours are 7am-3pm Pay 14.00/hr Benefits: Paid holidays, AFLAC Accident policy paid by employer after 90 day probationary period.
