Rossberg Law Office has an immediate opening available. Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary for a busy solo attorney. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Must be self-motivated and deadline driven. Exceptional computer skills, mastery of the written language, and typing at least 70 wpm is necessary. Computer experience with Windows, Word Perfect, and Outlook is essential. Must be professional on the telephone, have scheduling skills, and multi-tasking capabilities. Prior office experience is a REQUIREMENT. Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment is mandatory. Legal experience is preferred, but not required.
