Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all maintenance and equipment related to the facilities infrastructure/operations.General Expectations and ResponsibilitiesReceives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments.Direct maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority.Work with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment.Troubleshoot equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock.Manage the maintenance crew.Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance.Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment.Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements.Knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical circuits, and machine functions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.Strong mechanical aptitude.Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Training, or Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or High School EquivalencyValid driver’s license.5+ years’ experience in an industrial and/or commercial maintenance/facilities operation.Previous experience of supervisory and management dutiesPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time.Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time.Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.Must be able to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools.Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, pull, or carry up to 75lbs.Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.).Able to ascend/descend on ladders as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRelocation assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftExperience:• Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting: 4 years (Required)Work Location: In person
