D.A. Davidson Companies Operations Chairman's Liaison in Great Falls, Montana

Job Descriptions:

Summary/Function:This position offers an exciting advancement opportunity for a strong-performing associate. In this role, you will provide an elevated level of service and responsiveness to our highest performing Financial Professionals and their teams.

Required Experience:

Duties:

Provide concierge/white-glove level service to 40 Chairman’s Council members and their teams including:o Responding to complex questions in a timely, accurate, and detailed mannero Working across multiple departments to identify effective solutions to complex problems o Escalating questions or problems to others as neededo Monitoring the status of inquiries and providing regular updates *Based on feedback provided or challenges encountered, suggest, or implement policy or procedural changes in partnership with senior leaders as neededProactively address emerging issues or projects by working closely with the FA or team memberPartner with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, or other WM senior leaders as needed to address special needs or exception requestsProvide additional support and staffing to Ops Hub as availability allows*Provide additional operations project support and perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred *Minimum two years Davidson experience or relevant security industry experiencePossess a willingness to study for and take the FINRA SIE and Series 99 examsStrong understanding of Davidson systems, policies, and proceduresStrong communications and soft skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong background in Thomson One, Envestnet, TRAX, and Microsoft Office preferredAbility to creatively resolve problems and think outside the boxAbility to provide leadership and collaborate with other team members Ability to prioritize requests based on deadlines and sensitivity of the requestAbility to maintain regular, predictable attendance*Ability to work regularly scheduled hours for complete coverage across all times zones in which we do business
