Great Falls Clinic PRN - RN OR Circulator in Great Falls, Montana
PRN ELITE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in designated position.
Scheduled for at least one organization designated holiday or 2 weekends per calendar year.
Scheduled for a minimum of 500 hours per calendar year.
PRN ELITE QUARTERLY BONUS OPPORTUNITIES:
Bronze – Schedule a minimum of 96 hours per quarter with a $200 bonus
Silver – Schedule a minimum of 192 hour per quarter with a $500 bonus
Gold– Schedule a minimum of 240 hours per quarter with a $1000 bonus
*Premium Pay rates are determined by position and need.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible to plan, implement, and evaluate care for surgical patients including robotic cases, and higher acuity cardiothoracic cases. Ensures patient care, safety standards, and documentation is carried out according to AORN standards, recommended practices, and guidelines. Receives direction from: Providers, Anesthesia providers, Nurse Manager. Gives direction to: Surgical Technician, Instrument Technician, Materials Mgmt. Clerk
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: .
Graduate of an registered nursing program. Follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure requirements.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Current MT State RN license.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures.
Principles of Asepsis.
Basic Office Skills – computer and keyboarding.
