Duties: The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant project. This includes managing financial and personnel for multiple interactive programs to achieve program and department level goals that support Center’s mission. This position is responsible for assisting in the integration of a primary medical clinical, substance abuse programming and the Center’s continuum of mental health services with other strategic initiatives of Center, which includes lending subject matter expertise to these initiatives as needed. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contracted providers and designated employees are performing according to standards set by the CCBHC grant as well as Center’s policies and procedures. The Project Manager will develop relationships with new and existing team members and will strengthen the network of providers serving both adults and youth within the Center. The Project Manager is accountable for program development and implementation, and will train, coach, and develop employees in a supportive role to other Center leaders.

Position reports to the Chief Clinical Officer. This position is grant funded for 2 years starting February 2021.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related degree is required. Specialized knowledge of care management experience. Direct experience in working with systems of care for adults, youth, and their families. Experience in management and/or administration. Ability to facilitate communication between diverse groups and interests to effectively identify, assess and advance improvements and resolutions, and to provide advisory, consultative, and authoritative recommendations to all levels of the organization. Ability to operate in a highly matrix organizational structure. Ability to operate in an independent self-directed manner under frequent changing structures, requirements, and work priorities. Ability to understand, translate and present technical information to clinical and operations employees. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web-based portals and databases. Training and/or certification in project management, project evaluation, and budgeting. Travel is required.
