Stockman Bank of Montana REAL ESTATE MARKET MANAGER - NORTH CENTRAL MARKET in Great Falls, Montana
Position General Responsibilities:
Manager of the North Central Market Residential Real Estate Lending Functions
Employees Supervised:
Mortgage Lenders and assistants in the Great Falls and Havre Branches; indirect supervision of Real Estate Lenders in Cut Bank and Lewistown.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.
Three-five years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, budget monitoring and obtaining and monitoring government guarantees.
Three-five years experience and knowledge of secondary market and packaging of real estate loans.
Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.
Dimension of Job:
Supervise other real estate officers and staff in the Great Falls branches. Develop relationships with area prospects to build contacts for commercial, real estate and consumer credits. Originate and service if necessary secondary market loans and recognize opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to current Stockman Bank customers. Recognize potential business loan/deposit opportunities. Develop and maintain a teamwork relationship among the North Central Market branches.
