EAGLES MANOR Resident Assistant in GREAT FALLS, Montana
Qualifications: training/experience as a resident assistant or personal care assistant preferred, but not required; must be first aid and CPR certified within 30 days of employment at no cost to the facility; experience or interest in working with older adults; maturity, friendliness and enjoyment in working with people; establish and maintain constructive work relationships with co-workers, residents, families and visitors to the facility; maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, facility operations, and personnel; promote team work in providing services to the residents in all areas of their needs; must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check to be considered for the position. Duties: assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility, assisting residents with oxygen and other medical needs as outlined in the resident's service plan and encouraging socialization and or participation in activities among residents.
