Sandblaster - Day & Evening positionSandblasters will perform surface preparation functions as assigned for production of industrial coating.General Expectations and ResponsibilitiesObtain proper supplies to perform the work according to project requirements.Perform steel preparation to ensure cleanliness of the pieces to be painted according to coating instructions.Maintain workspace cleanliness and safety.Informs the Foreman of any problems, defects, corrections required, or non-conformities.Respect project requirements and applicable standards.Optimize resources used and minimize media losses.Maintain equipment and operate per instructions.§ Accurately fill out essential paperwork.§ Ability to obtain ADF overhead crane and forklift certifications.§ All other related tasks and duties.Education, Training, or Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or High School Equivalency.Experience within the construction industry.Ability to work autonomously.Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time.Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time.Ability to use hand and power tools as needed.Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, pull, or carry up to 75lbs.Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.).Able to ascend/descend ladders as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.35 - $23.26 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift4x10Day shiftNight shiftExperience:Sandblasting: 1 year (Required)Ability to Commute:Great Falls, MT 59404 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Great Falls, MT 59404: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
