Actively participate in activities with children interacting with them to meet the goals as outlined in the Program Performance Standards & Education Written Plan. Assist children in all areas & assist with group management & discipline. Assist in serving meals, eating with the children & clean up after meals & snacks. Assist the teacher with children's evaluation, observation, & documentation. In the absence of the Teach will assume all Teacher duties including paperwork & supervision of substitutes & volunteers. Assist the Teacher in carrying out meaningful learning experiences using The Creative Curriculum & other resources as a quide. Working cooperately with all staff to ensure learning areas, materials, equipment & eating areas are clean & organized on a daily basis. Reconize & report signs of illness, abuse,or neglect. High School Diploma or Equivalent Child Developement Associate ( CDA) Credential or Enrolled Valid Drivers License Strong and Effective Communication Skills Backgroud check requirements Demonstrate Flexibility and problem solving
