Stockman Bank of Montana VIDEO TELLER in Great Falls, Montana
Position General Responsibilities:
This is an in-office position and is responsible for assisting customers through on-screen video experience using Interactive Teller Machines. This position must be able to proactively engage in professional, positive, and productive communication with customers who are utilizing ITM’s at remote locations. This position will perform basic teller-like duties with some exceptions and differences. This position will also assist with administrative functions as assigned.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in Ten-key skills and computer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teller, customer service representative/new account, or other banking experience.
Previous experience with Flex Teller or another teller or banking program.
Dimension of Job:
This position is responsible for extensive customer contact via video and providing broad-based banking assistance. Video Teller is responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank’s assets. Possess a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products.
