EAGLES MANOR Wait Staff / Dietary Aide in GREAT FALLS, Montana
Eagles Manor and Golden Eagle Plaza are hiring dietary aides to join our kitchen team. Eagles Manor is an Independent Living Retirement Community for persons 62 years and older or disabled. The Golden Eagle Plaza has both retirement and assisted living. At the Manor and Plaza we are "Caring for others with Compassion!"
Duties and responsibilities of a Dietary Aide include assisting with preparation of food items and serving food to residents within a scheduled time frame, cleaning up and setting the dining room after each meal, assisting with dishes, maintaining and cleaning food service areas, assists in inventory control, assures that employee and guest meals are accounted for, maintains current cleaning list, other shift duties, and assignments from the kitchen supervisor.
The ideal candidate should be able to maintain productivity under minimal supervision, maintain a professional demeanor under stress, relate to and get along well with other employees and maintain an acceptable attendance record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Wages are discussed at interview and depend on experience. Benefits include accrued vacation and sick leave after completion of a six month probationary period.
