Position:
We are seeking a talented administrator to join our team.
The role of the Food & Beverage Administrator is to assist in overseeing, supervising, and coordinating food inventory, service expectations and execution of other F&B processes at Paws Up. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, hiring and training staff, control of inventory (both food and operations).

Primary Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed financial goals with a primary focus on efficient spending and labor reduction.
Submit future goals, operational improvements, and personnel management to General Manager of Food & Beverage.
Train purchasing and ordering of products and supplies for the Restaurant’s outlets. This encompasses both FOH & BOH operations.
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
Submits and reconciles vendor payments
Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and notation
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
Drafts and edits documents and reports
Works with Facilities to maintain restaurant equipment
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
Ability to work under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines
Assist in tracking and scheduling staff, maintaining records and preparing reports
Payroll Support by maintaining attendance records, assists in payroll support, and provides administrative support
Submit work orders and secure a positive result through initiative and follow through
Assist in maintaining our values and standards with strong attention to detail
Assist with inventory and data entry
Able to use written and spoken skills to explain tasks and give reasoning and directions effectively
Attend daily and weekly meetings relating to food and beverage operations, including, but not limited to, the F&B Manager Meeting, Catering Meeting, Manager Meeting, and other meetings of equal benefit.
Perform all other duties assigned by the General Manager of Food & Beverage

Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing The Resort at Paws Up professionally with our guests and assure that all interactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
Understand and apply all proper safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for employees and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact Medcor, the General Manager or Department Head immediately.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Resort policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
Treat guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
Maintain privacy of our guests at all times.
Maintain a clean, appropriate, and neat appearance at all times.
Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and peers.
Project a favorable image of The Resort at Paws Up to guests at all times.
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours will be required dependent on business demands.

Looking for team members with:
Must possess Food Handlers certification based on state requirements
Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
Proficient in Microsoft D365 including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
Being able to use written and spoken skills to explain tasks and give reasoning and directions effectively.
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Minimum of 3+ years' experience leading a large multi-concept organization in a similar industry
Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
Reliable, committed, organized and able to maintain accountability
Valid State Driver’s License
