F&B Manager in Training Program:
The 18-month program develops leadership skills across four rotations: Communication & Operations, Luxury Dining, Leadership, and Management. Participants gain hands-on experience managing guest dining, learning luxury service standards, coordinating staff, and mastering hospitality software.

Phase Rotations:
Communication & Operations (4.5 months): Focus on managing dining reservations, dietary needs, and mastering hospitality software to ensure seamless service.
Luxury Dining (4.5 months): Learn fine dining service, beverage knowledge, and guest personalization at the green o, honing skills in guest interaction and Forbes service standards.
Leadership (4.5 months): Transition to a leadership role at the Cookshack, managing dining floor operations, staff schedules, and special event setup.
Management (4.5 months): Assume full managerial responsibility at Shed, focusing on logistics, inventory management, and outdoor dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a unique open-fire setting.
We are looking for ambitious hospitality professionals who are eager to gain more skills in the industry through hands-on learning. Our Food & Beverage MIT program provides an opportunity to perform various roles throughout the resort. Our intention is to hire the manager in training into a management position upon the completion of the program if they demonstrate that they meet the requirements and have been successful in the role.
