The Resort at Paws Up is seeking a Glamping Butler Assistant. The Butler Assistant provides support for the camp operations including inventory and delivery of alcohol, inventory and delivery of food and beverage items, removal of dirty linen, restocking and inventory of clean linen, shuttling glamping staff members and assisting with dishes all in an inspiring natural environment along the Blackfoot River!

Applicants with availability April/May-September/October will be given priority

Primary Functions:

  • Operates company vehicle to transport staff, guests, and supplies around the Resort.

  • Ensures alcohol inventory and delivery is completed daily.

  • Removes dirty linen, trash, and towels after departures.

  • Restocks camp with clean linen and towels, as well as keeps track of inventory daily.

  • Assists with meal service including setup, bussing tables, cleanup, inventory, re-stocking, and dishwashing.

  • Keeps inventory and restocks camps with food and beverage items.

  • Monitors daily arrivals and ensures accommodations are prepared prior to check in.

  • Completes daily checklist including but not limited to cleaning, stocking, inventory, inspecting tents, and prepping firewood.

  • Completes other tasks as assigned by Camp Manager and butlers.

    Supportive Functions:

  • Remains flexible with open availability to cover business needs of the Resort.

  • Takes personal ownership of all feedback and requests.

  • Anticipates all logistical needs and resolves any potential issues.

  • Maintains thorough knowledge of inventory items, PAR levels, daily checklist, and Resort facilities.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs in order to monitor PAR levels and restock camp supplies.

  • Completes other tasks as needed around the Resort.
