The Resort at Paws Up is seeking to add a Guest Service Driver to our team. The role of the Guest Service Driver is to provide guests the best service through transportation and prove a resource throughout a guests stay.

The Primary Functions are:

  • Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with guest.

  • Assist with the guest check-in/checkout process with The Resort by reviewing guest’s itinerary, assisting with Paws Up app questions and in general assisting guests in their needs

  • Pick-up/drop-off guests from the airport, their accommodations and various locations on property

  • Transport guests to and from scheduled activities, spa treatments, dining outlets and flights, ensuring that transportation is always timely

  • Drive and operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport guests safely

  • Provide property accommodation tour upon drop-off to lodging accommodation. Deliver guest luggage from vehicle. Inform guests of notable elements and operation of lodging accommodations. Assist guests with app setup and answer any questions about their itinerary

  • Ensure that pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports are completed throughout shift. Check condition of the vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order

  • Ensure confidentiality of guests before and throughout their stay

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all time

  • Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities

    Looking for Team Members with:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service- hospitality preferred.

  • Ability to operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles

  • A friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guests, team members and management

  • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company auto insurance policy requirements
