DPS Hospitality LLC Housekeepers in Greenough, Montana

DPS Hospitality, LLC is hiring 24 Housekeeprs to work at 40060 Paws Up Rd., Greenough, MT and Missoula, MT from April 1, 2025 until October 31, 2025. Workers are to perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance services for a hotel property (ex.changing light bulbs when necessary, tightening screws on an office chair if they get loose, and other simpleunskilled/no experience necessary tasks). Including but not limited to cleaning guest rooms, common areas, andgrounds as necessary. Workers are expected to monitor supply levels and the working conditions of the facilitiesto identify any safety hazards, and to notify the proper individual responsible for repairs and orders as necessary.Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be willing and able to walk,stand, and work for prolonged periods of time.Worker will be provided the necessary tools and equipment to perform the work needed. The Employee is expected to work from 7:00am - 3:30pm9:00am - 5:30pm OR 2:00 - 10:30pm. Days/Shifts will vary, but workers can expect between 35 and 40 hours per week, and overtime may be available. Regular time will be compensated at $14.16 per hour and Overtime will be compensated at $21.24 when applicable. Employee will be paid at least once every 2 weeks but more likely every week. Employer will make deductions that are required by law; Employer will also offer daily transportation, and if the employees choose this, they will be charged a reasonable fee that will be deducted if requested by the employees. Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other fees as required by law. If worker travels from abroad, travel expenses will be reimbursed. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed, if earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to a subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
