The Resort at Paws Up IT Systems Analyst in Greenough, Montana

The Resort at Paws Up is seeking to add a System Analyst to our team. The System Analyst will analyze and design comprehensive, interdependent processes to address various operational needs. The analyst will play a key role in creating, enhancing, documenting, and validating operationally driven technology solutions. The analyst will serve as a process expert who provides training and support to operations staff. The analyst will frequently act as a project lead, and a critical member of the desktop and applications support teams.

The Primary Functions are:

  • Assist in designing and executing solutions that meet System's/Divisions' strategic objectives

  • Provide technical support for hardware, Server Maintenance, Network Maintenance, and software to Resort employees and guests.

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers so they are in working order

  • Audio Visual Setups and Tear downs

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with departments and external contacts as appropriate.

  • Participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts, end of lease upgrades, and critical projects to maintain the technology readiness within the organization

  • Manage routine & special projects which may require oversight of other departments' work and coordination of a wide variety of functions.

  • Use the internal ticketing system to address support requests relating to hardware, software, end-users, and guests

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Looking for Team Members with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant certifications and experience.

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

  • Experience in Hospitality preferred, but those with relevant experience in other industries may be considered.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences.

  • Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position, with demonstrated competency in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

  • Excellent project management, planning, communication, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to effectively approach problem solving.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure

  • Experience with Windows Server, Wireless Access Points, Core Networking Technologies

  • Experience with Helpdesk or end user support
