The Resort at Paws Up Public Area Attendant in Greenough, Montana

The Resort at Paws Up is seeking to add  a Public Area Attendant to our team. The Public Area Attendant is the custodian of these areas. Candidates for this position must have the ability to promote a positive image of the property to guests with a friendly, honest, and engaging demeanor. Public Attendants should have knowledge of the Resorts services and special events and the ability to address guest’s requests in a professional manner. Often the Public Area Attendant is the first person on scene in any venue so being diligent in reporting issues to management is required. A Public Area Attendant by the nature of the position has an opportunity to acknowledge and interact with a broad number of guests so the ability to make guests feel welcome and “at home” is critical in this role.

The Primary Functions are: 

  • Efficiently clean public areas including lobby, restrooms, offices and outdoor spaces to Paws Up standards within the amount of time allotted by management.

  • Dust and polish all furnishings; sweep, mop or vacuum all floors; restock all necessary amenities within the resort public areas assigned by management.

  • Keep all glass, doors, pictures and mirrors clean in accordance with resort standards.

  • Assist in other housekeeping areas when needed.

  • Work in a safe and responsible manner always while adhering to all OSHA standards.

  • Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.

  • Fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.

  • Report all problems and maintenance repairs using correct procedures.

  • Stock common areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean & organized.

  • Turn in items found in homes, camps or public areas to Housekeeping Management or the Lost and Found Department.

  • Restroom / Public Area attendant during special events.

    Looking for Team Members with:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

  • Previous basic cleaning experience preferred, not required

  • Proven customer services skills, communication skills, and organizational skills

  • Valid State Driver’s License
