Site Name: USA - Montana - Hamilton Posted Date: May 24 2023 The Sustainability and Reliability Supervisor will supervise and lead the team responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the site GMP manufacturing areas. This role requires will require the maintenance of the Hamilton site's Process Safety covered solvent delivery and solvent waste system in a safe and compliant manner. The Sustainability and Reliability Supervisor will ensure a state of safety and quality inspection readiness and champion the voice of the customer in decisions affecting Technical Services resource allocation and project prioritization. These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and implement maintenance procedures in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, GSK requirements and regulatory requirements. Work to increase equipment reliability and reduce equipment and production down time. Design and manage employee training curricula. Coordinate employee work schedules, including time away, to ensure proper coverage on all shifts. Lead cross functional team to investigate equipment issues and deviations. Drive safety, compliance and GMP mindset within team. Drive both team and individual performance management. Develop a cohesive and unified team that is aligned to department, site and corporate goals Responsible for application of GSK safety and environmental guidelines. Promotes a safety culture; perform work in a manner to ensure safety of co-workers, equipment and self. Remains current on RCRA and DOT training. Ensures all activities are executed following quality and regulatory standards. Promotes a quality mindset and quality excellence approach to all activities. Complies with SOP, Batch Record and Departmental Documentation requirements. Attends all mandatory training. Adhere to all GSK Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures as applicable for functional area. Ensure compliance and readiness for internal and external inspections and provide adequate support to inspected departments. Lead deviation investigations, manage CAPAs and change controls for the department. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in order to achieve deliverables and adhere to timelines and budgets. Ensures efficient coordination of projects and tasks as assigned by Manager. Prioritize work for facilities technicians as necessary. Why you?
